Covered belt conveyer У10-КЛЗ-200 is intended for horizontal transportation of oil seeds, grain and its products, and other bulk materials to a distance up to 100 m.
The covered belt conveyer can be installed both in enclosed premises and outdoors.
The covered belt conveyer can be used for operation at oil mills, elevators, cereal reception points, and at other places for mechanical transportation of bulk materials.
Major parameters and dimensions of the covered belt conveyer are specified in the table:

Conveyer У10-КЛЗ-200 consists of the following major assemblies:
The conveyer is a fixed transportation device of continuous operation with a conveyer belt as a working traction tool, which moves on rollers (spools).
The head section is a structure assembled of individual assembly units. Driving drums are rotated by the gear motor hinged on the shaft, with a hollow shaft and keyed joint. The gear motor shall be fixed against turning using a torque member with shock absorbing bushing.
The tension section is a structure assembled of individual assembly units. The structure design is telescopic. The conveyer belt tension is provided by four tension screws.
The center section is a structure assembled of individual assembly units that consist of walls, bottom and rollers in form of a “spool.”
When turning on the head section, the conveyer belt is moving on rollers by transporting the product that is supplied thereto through the feed tray installed in the center section. The number of feed trays depends on the production flow diagram. The product is dropped on the turn of the belt enveloping the drive drum. The total length of the conveyer depends on the number of center sections installed in the line.
