Conveyers

The belt conveyer is intended for transportation of oil seeds, grain and its products, and other bulk materials horizontally or at an angle up to 5 degrees. The belt conveyer drive installed is either of foreign or Russian manufacture at the customer’s option.

The belt conveyer can be installed both in enclosed premises and outdoors with ambient temperature range from -40°С to +45°С. When operating outdoors, the conveyer should have a special cover along the full length for protection against atmospheric precipitations.

The belt conveyer can be used for operation at elevators, cereal reception points, and at other places for mechanical transportation of bulk materials.

Screw conveyers (worm conveyers) are intended for mechanical transportation of grain and its products under permanent installation conditions horizontally and at an angle. 

The screw conveyer is installed in enclosed premises at ambient temperature from -40°С to +45°С. 

The conveyer can be used for operation at mini-elevators, cereal reception points, and at other places for mechanical transportation of bulk cereal products.

The belt conveyer is intended for transportation of oil seeds, grain and its products, and other bulk materials in mechanized warehouses, elevators and cereal reception points up to 100 m, to fill them in, when working together with the throw-off carriage of ТСЗ, РТ type. The belt conveyer drive installed is either of foreign or Russian manufacture at the customer’s option.

The mobile screw conveyer is intended for mechanical transportation of grain and its products. At the customer’s option, conveyers can be manufactured of various lengths and variable, continuously adjustable elevation angle of the working took (worm). The screw conveyer can be used both in enclosed unheated premises and outdoors with ambient temperature range from -40°С to +45°С.

The mobile screw conveyer (grain collector) is intended for taking grain from the storing bunker and mechanical transportation thereof to other transporters.

The mobile belt conveyer is intended for mechanical transportation of oil seeds, grain and its products, and packaged cargoes (cases, bags) and other bulk materials to some distance with adjustable product drop height. The conveyer can either operate independently or be embedded in a processing line.

The mobile belt conveyer can be manufactured in climatic version "У" of category 1 as per GOST 15150 to operate outdoors and in storage premises at a temperature of -40°С to +45°С.

The drag chain conveyer with high paddles is intended for mechanical transportation of free-running grain products under permanent installation conditions horizontally and at an oblique angle up to 45°.

The drag chain conveyer can be installed both in enclosed premises and outdoors with ambient temperature range from -40°С to +45°С. When operating outdoors, the conveyer should have a special cover along the full length for protection against atmospheric precipitations

The slider conveyer of model У10-ТЛ, У10-ТЛ-3 is intended for mechanical transportation of grain products under permanent installation conditions horizontally and at an angle up to 15°.

The conveyer can be installed both in enclosed premises and outdoors.

The drag chain conveyer with low (submerged) paddles is intended for mechanical transportation of free-running grain products under permanent installation conditions horizontally or at an oblique angle up to 5°.

The chain conveyer is operated under shelter or in enclosed premises at ambient temperature from -40°С to +40°С.

The chain conveyer is intended for receiving from under the hopper and transportation of oil seeds, grain and its products, and other bulk materials horizontally under permanent installation conditions. The conveyer carries the product straight to the head section.

The chain conveyer can be installed in enclosed premises or under shelter.

The chain conveyer drive installed is either imported or of Russian manufacture at the customer’s option. Detailed technical specifications of the chain conveyer are provided in the table.
