Dumping trolley У10-ТСЗ is designed for unloading grain and oilseeds from a stationary belt conveyor anywhere between the drive and tensioning stations and loading mechanized grain warehouses without manual labor.
The dumping carriage can be used for work on elevators and grain-receiving enterprises.

Product structure and delivery set
The dump cart consists of the following main parts:
- frame,
- distributor head
- movement mechanism,
- drums: top and bottom,
- two wheelsets,
- impellers with an electric motor
- bulk trays.
The principle of operation of the dumping cart is as follows: when the conveyor is working with the cart, the product from the conveyor belt enters the receiving opening of the distribution head. The head is designed to receive and distribute the grain flow in the following directions: by gravity to both sides of the cart, to the impeller (grain spread to the sides from the conveyor up to 9 m) and back to the conveyor belt. The distribution of the grain flow is carried out using dampers installed on the head of the cart. The movement of the dumping carriage along the rail track along the conveyor is carried out manually using a lever with a handle and a gear transmission.
