Hydraulic side truck unloader У10-РГБ (U10-RGB)

Hydraulic side truck unloaders РГБ (U10-RGB) are intended for unloading grain crops, grain products and other bulk materials through an open side board of vehicles and road trains.

The unloader is used at enterprises of Russia and the CIS.

The truck unloader is manufactured in climatic version "У" ("U") of category 1 as per GOST 15150, i.e. to operate outdoors in moderate climate.

Item components and delivery set

Unloader U10-RGB consists of the following assemblies

of the side platform assembly;
hydraulic system;
control system.

The unloader is supplied to the customer in complete set, disassembled into components. Components, assembly units and parts are packed individually in wooden cases. Structural steel is supplied without packaging.

A vehicle with trailer drives onto the platform of the truck unloader. Side boards of the vehicle with the trailer open. On the control panel, the pump station is started, and the platform is lifted together with the vehicle. Through open side boards, the grain pours from the vehicle to the hopper located on the side of the truck unloader. After the grain completely pours from the vehicle, the pump station turns off and the platform with the vehicle lowers into the initial position, whereupon the vehicle drives from the truck unloader platform.

Side platform consisting of beams, two pads and adjusting levers. It is installed and attached under the receiving device. The pad is hinged with beams to adjusting levers. Cargo chains are attached to the pad to tilt it with two hydraulic lifters powered by the pump station. When tilting, the pad moves on supporting rollers on beam guides. Meanwhile, levers adjust motion of the pad.

The hydraulic system consists of the pump station, two hydraulic lifts and pipelines.
