The belt conveyer is intended for transportation of oil seeds, grain and its products, and other bulk materials in mechanized warehouses, elevators and cereal reception points up to 100 m, to fill them in, when working together with the throw-off carriage of ТСЗ, РТ type. The belt conveyer drive installed is either of foreign or Russian manufacture at the customer’s option.
The conveyer is installed on the upper gallery of the mechanized warehouse, on its crossbeams that must withstand the load from the conveyer weight of at least 1700 kgf per beam

Item components and delivery set
The head section is a frame of welded structure made of channel; a drive drum with pulley, a supporting drum, a motor with pulley, three through roller supports and one straight roller support are mounted on the frame. A gear motor can be installed instead of the V-belt drive. The rotation from the motor to the driving drum is performed by the V-belt drive. The belt tension is performed by motor travel using screws. The tension station is a welded frame made of angle steel. A tension drum with take-up is mounted on the frame, a suspension with weights is mounted outside the frame. The center sections of a welded structure consists of channels, on which a trow-off carriage can move on the top. Four channeled and below two straight roller supports are attached to channels. Sections are interconnected with plates using bolted joints and with supports of the center section are attached to crossbeams of the warehouse.
The conveyer is a fixed transportation device of continuous operation with a conveyer belt as a working traction tool, which moves on rollers.
When turning on the drive, the conveyer belt is moving on roller supports by transporting the load that is supplied thereto to the throw-off carriage. The product is dropped on the turn of the belt enveloping the upper drum of the carriage. The cargo is dropped from the carriage into the warehouse. The entire warehouse is filled through travel of the throw-off carriage on the conveyer.
