When preparing oil seeds to oil extraction, a set of processing plants is used, such as:
Hulling and winnowing machine, intended for hulling of sunflower seeds and separation of hull from the core. Centrifugal filter, intended for continuous purification of vegetable oil from mechanical impurities. Grinding mill, intended for crushing and rolling of seed cores of sunflower and other oil crops. Fusion trap, intended for coarse filtering of vegetable oil from impurities. Disk bucket conveyer, intended for elevating of cloudy vegetable oil to the height.
The disk bucket conveyer is intended for elevating of cloudy vegetable oil to the height of 9 meters at oil manufacturing enterprises.
The disk bucket conveyer must be operated indoors at ambient temperature from +3°С to +40°С and relative humidity up to 80%.
Self-cleaning centrifugal filter
Self-cleaning centrifugal filter is designed for continuous cleaning from mechanical impurities of vegetable oils obtained at oil mills.
The filter should be operated indoors at an ambient temperature of +3 ... + 40 ° С and relative air humidity up to 80% at a temperature of +20 ° С. Filtered oil temperature is not less than 80 ° С.
Fus trap type МФС is designed for rough cleaning from impurities of vegetable oil ("Fuza"), obtained at oil mills. Fus trap is operated indoors at ambient temperatures from + 3 to + 40 ° С and relative humidity up to 80%.
