Permanent belt conveyer (sectionally dismountable)

The belt conveyer is intended for transportation of oil seeds, grain and its products, and other bulk materials horizontally or at an angle up to 5 degrees. The belt conveyer drive installed is either of foreign or Russian manufacture at the customer’s option.

The belt conveyer can be installed both in enclosed premises and outdoors with ambient temperature range from -40°С to +45°С. When operating outdoors, the conveyer should have a special cover along the full length for protection against atmospheric precipitations.

The belt conveyer can be used for operation at elevators, cereal reception points, and at other places for mechanical transportation of bulk materials.

Belt conveyer design.

The conveyer is a fixed transportation device of continuous operation with a conveyer belt as a working traction tool, which moves on rollers.

The power-drive station is a frame of welded structure made of angle steel, a drive drum is mounted on the frame. The driving drums are rotated by the gear motor or electric motor through V-belt drive.
The tension station is a welded frame made of angle steel. The following is mounted on the frame: tension drum with screw take-up or take-up by gravity.
Center sections of a welded structure consist of a roll-formed channel. Roller supports with rollers are installed on the frame.
Roller supports of the conveyer are intended for supporting of the cargo strand of the conveyer belt, for putting it into a channeled shape.

When turning on the power-drive station, the conveyer belt is moving on roller supports by transporting the load that is supplied thereto through the receiving tray. The product is dropped on the turn of the belt enveloping the drive drum.
