Mechanical side truck unloader У10-РМБ (U10-RMB)

Mechanical side truck unloader РМБ (RBM) is intended for unloading grain crops, grain products and other bulk materials through an open side board of vehicles and road trains. The unloader is used at cereal reception points of Russia and the CIS.

The truck unloader is manufactured in climatic version "У" ("U") of category 1 as per GOST 15150, i.e. to operate outdoors in moderate climate or under shelter.

The unloader is supplied to the customer in complete set, disassembled into components. Components, assembly units and parts are packed individually in wooden cases. Structural steel is supplied without packaging.

A vehicle loaded with grain is installed on the platform.
Then side boards of the vehicle open along the whole length of the body.
The drive turns on and the platform is lifted to an angle up to 38°.
The grain pours by gravity through the open side board into the intake pit.
After unloading of the vehicle is completed, the platform resets, and the vehicle drives down from it.

The configuration of truck unloader У10-РМБ includes increased quantity of lifting gears, one more as compared to counterparts. Hence the distance between lifting gears is reduced and the vehicle weight is distributed more uniformly on the platform. Therefore, the possible sag and deformation of the platform is reduced.
Transmission shafts with lifting gears are connected with “hook’s joints.” “Hook’s joints” eliminate the lifting gear shaft alignment error when mounting and provide fault-free operation of the truck unloader.
Drive: The gear motor by Bonfiglioli or Nord, with brake embedded in the motor.
