Truck unloader У15-УРАГ (U15-URAG) is intended for unloading grain through an open tail board of straight trucks and articulated trucks and for unloading through the open side board of straight trucks and trailers without uncoupling of trailers and trucks.
The unloader is used at enterprises of Russian and the CIS.
The truck unloader is manufactured in climatic version "У" ("U") of category 1 as per GOST 15150, i.e. to operate outdoors in moderate climate.

Item components and delivery set
The unloader is supplied to the customer in complete set, disassembled into components. Components, assembly units and parts are packed individually in wooden cases. Structural steel is supplied without packaging.
A vehicle with trailer drives to the platform of the truck unloader, and the vehicle is installed on the frontal platform and the trailer on the side platform. Rear wheels of the vehicle bump into wheel chocks, and the front tow bar is locked with a chain on self-retracting of the truck unloader. However, the trailer is installed without decoupling from the vehicle. After locking the vehicle, its tail board and the trailer’s side board open. Then, on the control panel, the command is issued to start the pump station and the “large” platform with the vehicle is lifted. After that, the gain is unloaded and the platform is lowered. Thereupon the control panel switches to lifting of the side platform with the trailer. After that, the gain is unloaded from the trailer and the side platform is lowered. After complete unloading of the vehicle and the trailer, the vehicle release work is being performed. That is, the safety chain is detached from the front tow bar of the vehicle and wheel chocks are removed. And a vehicle with trailer drives from the platform of the truck unloader.
